I was impressed by the thoroughness of his inspection, the questions he was asking to gain an understanding of not just our issue, but our system as a whole, and amount of work that went into it. Jay essentially pressure washed the pipes from the inside, and then ran a camera to ensure every thing was cleaned out with no damage to the pipes. Thanks Jay, great work!
